Visualizing stress and peace

 We live in two states yes or no, peace or stressed. Stress state includes insecurity, fear, frustration, anger, jealousy, greed and peace state is joy, compassion, love and empathy.


And usually, we have been asked to choose or follow the state in which you want to live. This is a foolish question, given a choice everyone wants to live in a state of peace. Then why do lot of people still live in stress state, why not we just choose to live in peace state? means there is certainly something fraud with our perception, that we believe we know but in reality we don't know.


I feel the moment we say to make a choice between peace and stress, stress begins, the very selection of state is stress. Rather we should learn how to live in a state of stress, how to embrace, how to live when we feel angry or insecure, how to handle when we go to loneliness or frustration. And if there is a possible way to handle stress trust me you are authenticating stress and creating a passage to come back. Because if you accept the solution, the mind also accepts that there is a problem and so it can reoccur, and that will be so subtle that you can not visualize it, usually you'll bypass it because we have been trained to not to deeply look into grief, problems or stress causing issues.



So, it is more important to learn and build certain ability of embracing that is willing to accept the other half of life, and trust me without accepting that there will be always a state of stress which will haunt you, you'll try to bypass it, stay away from it, and you will not be able to achieve a true state of peace. Peace is only to know that stress is no more affecting you. Without knowing stress, being in peace is half known truth as like knowing love without the pain of separation. The one who knows separation will truly know the meaning of connection, dispassion gives the true meaning of compassion.


The world thinks like brain, as like today's education system does because it is easy to think, but on the path of knowledge, it leads to incompleteness and insatiability because completeness always embraces both, because duality is real.


So the art of peace can we achieved only if you know the state of stress and deep down you develop someone or something which is beyond such state ..that state of no state will tell you both states are just temporary, it's transient, it will come and go, so find the state of no state.
